What happens if the tracking number is invalid?

  • This circumstance sometimes may happen, since USPS staff may have missed to scan the package, or it might be an internal error by USPS, sometimes USPS staff inadvertently missed switching the sorter back to "regular" mode, item actually never went back to Sender, and USPS may have additional information on their internal site shows that your item was scanned "delivered" already or soon. Please take this shipping information to your local postal office or call your local PO to let them help you locate the package, you may also contact our customer service and we'll contact postal office for you.
