Delivery confirmed my order was delivered but I did not receive it?

  • Since DC# confirms package was delivered, we usually recommend the customer to check with neighbor, family member, front desk of the department office (if it's an apartment) or take shipping information to the local postal office. If these suggestions won't help to find the missing package, we are required to complete a Lost Mail Form with the United States Postal Service, as it was most likely stolen if it is not at your local Post Office, a neighbor's house or department office. The Postal Form that we are submitting includes recipient's Name, Address, and Telephone Number. The recipient may be contacted by a Postal Inspector within the next few days. If package will turn up in this period, please contact us, we will notify the Post Office that the package has been located.
