Why tracking information may not be available?

  • Since the package wasn't taken directly to acceptance scan at postal office. The first package scan may be upon arrival at a regional hub near the destination. (This is common when shipping volume is high and packages are processed in bulk.)

The first package scan not be until delivery. (If you don't see any tracking data for your shipment, and the estimated delivery date has not yet passed, please do not be concerned.)

Some shipments, such as standard international shipments, are not trackable, we only provide a customs declaration number. CD# is not a tracking number, it just shows that item(s) have shipped out from our warehouse and confirms that US postal office has received the package. You may check shipment acceptance by going to www.usps.com (Cut & Paste Custom Form number into Tracking Number field for accuracy), but you should know that it may take as long as 24 hours for your tracking and shipping information to appear on USPS site. So if you don't see it right away, don't worry - just check back in a little while when the event information is available.
