What if you send me a wrong item?

  • If you received a wrong item, or an extra item in a shipment, or items were delivered to you (or to your home) that you didn't order, please let us know. If you live in the U.S. we'll e-mail you with an attached prepaid return mailing label for their return.
  • If we ship you a wrong item before it delivers to you, we'll e-mail you to ask you to refuse the package and ship your correct order as soon as possible.
