How to use the return label you sent me?

  • The return mailing labels obtained from PowerExternal.com are valid only for returns shipped within the U.S. We do not provide postage prepaid return label for the international orders.
  • Each return mailing label is set for fixed weight of shipment of your order. Please do not include items from other order, or other items that do not belong to your order, otherwise the return mailing label will be invalid.
  • Return mailing label in "PDF" file format will be attached to the the email we send you, you'll need to print it out, affix it over the original one and take the box or bubbled envelope to a USPS drop off center or local postal office.
