how long does it take to get my money back when you receive item I returned?

  • Once we receive your returned item, we'll send you an email notification. Your returned item will be inspected first, our Limited Warranty does not apply to products that are not sold by PowerExternal.com, after we have inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will issue you a full refund based on your original method of payment right away.
  • After refund has been issued, your PayPal account should reflect this change immediately, your order status should change to "Refunded" and appear in your account if you have account with us. It may take several days for the refunds to appear on your credit card.

    • Note: If you do not receive your money within 4 weeks from the day we send you the notification, please contact us for help.
